Returns and Refunds Policy

RETURNS

Items shipped from Rileyoutlet.com, including Rileyoutlet's warehouses and our partners, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. Please see the "Exceptions/Non-returnable items" section below. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate your return please send us an email by clicking here for further instructions. Any unauthorized returns may result in refunds being denied or delayed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please include the name, phone number, order number, and shipping address so that the refund can be properly processed. If you don't include the necessary information then we can't guarantee your refund can be processed.

If your item is in working condition but you have ordered in error or by mistake, then we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:
There are items purchased on Rileyoutlet.com that cannot be return:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Digital products (such as software downloads or ebooks)
  • Personal care goods (such as creams, lotions, and beauty products)
  • Toys & games (such as puzzles, lego, or board games)
  • Devices (such as computer laptop & desktops after more than 30 days delivery)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items purchased through gift cards or prepaid cards
  • Items with special shipping restrictions

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected if needed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your payment method statement or your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by sending us an email. 

Shipping:
To return your product, you should contact our support team via email or chat message for the correct return address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs with tracking information to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
